Choosing La Costa Cosmetic Retreat as your place to recover, relax and rejuvenate following surgery will ensure your post-operative course will be the best it can be.

We are confident you will be pleased with the comfort of your surroundings and the individualized care you will receive. The following is a list of items you will want to bring with you

Don't worry if you forget something, we have some of most everything.

Please bring any post operative instruction sheets with you. We will review these and answer any questions you have before you leave. The single most important thing for proper recovery is to follow your doctor's instructions exactly.

Bring any products that are listed on your instruction sheets such as Vaseline, Hydrogen Peroxide, Hydrocortisone Ointment, etc.
